Overview

We can produce joinery to exactly match your existing if you live in a conservation area. If you live in a listed property and have windows or doors that need replacing, the conservation officer may want 'like for like' replacements. We can come to site and make detailed drawings so we can reproduce new back in the workshop that will look like the originals did back in their day.

Glazing

Most of the time single glazing will be used, but sometimes they will allow 'slimlite' double glazing. This is a type of double glazed unit that is thinner than standard, but also has a very narrow spacer bar, meaning that it can be fitted in a single glazed width rebate without any of the spacer bar being visible, meaning you can keep the glazing bar skinny and traditional looking.

Ironmongery

We have access to a wide range of very good quality traditional ironmongery insuring your joinery looks the part

Paint finish

As with all our products we can supply fully painted if required. All paint is sprayed leaving an excellent finish. We use a high quality micro-pouras paint insuring the timber can breath, essential if you want to avoid rot. The paint is also flexible, so it wont crack or peel when the timber shrinks or expands.
